Tasks:
Perform a preliminary review of the construction plans for the seller
Perform the count of windows and doors according to the plans and specifications
Track addenda for ongoing cases
Prepare the bids when the seller requires it.
Follow up on post-delivery service and parts requests.
Working in collaboration with the order department and the warranty department.
Candidate Profile Sought:
- High school diploma and experience in the construction field.
- Computer skills and word processing proficiency (Word, Excel, Google Workspace)
- Ability to learn new database systems.
- Projected a professional and polished image
- Autonomy, rigour and versatility.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to communicate with clients in English.
